Pr\u00e9parer la base :<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00c9crase les biscuits Lotus jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une poudre fine.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Ajoute le beurre fondu et m\u00e9lange bien.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Tasse le m\u00e9lange au fond d\u2019un moule.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Mets au frigo pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p>2. Pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me :<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Fouette la cr\u00e8me liquide bien froide jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une chantilly.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9lange le fromage frais + p\u00e2te Lotus + sucre.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Incorpore d\u00e9licatement la chantilly au m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p>3.
