  • 200g of  cooked ham  (4 to 6 slices)
  • 200g of  grated cheese  (Emmental, mozzarella or pizza mix)
  • 100g of  thick crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon of  mild mustard  (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of herbs de Provence
  • 1 pinch of  black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of  melted butter  or olive oil
